It would be nice if there was a way to override some
values in config.xml when using the launch4jc.exe.
E.g. the version numbers.
This is basically already implemented in the ant task,
but it missing in the command line tool.

When dontwrapjar is true, a classpath is specified,
but no jar is specified, the ant task in 3.0.0-pre1
throws the following NPE:
