It is not a problem.
What version ptlib/opal/t38modem do you try with?
--sip-redundancy is a very old command and currently not used
To see help and possible commands, create help.txt file.
To do it, run command
t38modem.exe -h > help.txt.

Robert, sorry of course, but what are you going to break?
TIFF (to)-> PCM half-working (I have sended logs to you: ok with betamax but not ok with ap200b)
TIFF -> T.38 (~22775) was not working at all (and crashes), before was working but only if to do 2400-4800 which is not correct(for outgoing). Did you do something with outgoing t38 after mailing with Steve?
This patch does not help in...

I tryed patch to fax_codec, g711 fax realy working with t38modem and Betamax at 9600 (greatly!), no ecm (need to do some changes in codec for gateway mode?).
But strange again: works with my AP200B if only to restrict max boundrate to 4800, and it goes at 2400 only then. So the same problem as with faxopal. And patch to t38proto.cxx does not help. As for spandsp_util version faxopal outgoing...

Looks like you have problem because of < dn!1 >
Try < dn1 > without ' ! '. See opal sources to understand it.

to use t38modem with g729 or g723 you need to compile audio-codecs with opal (see in Opal plugins)

Yes.
To transmit a fax at 4800 you need restrict maximum boundrate with your fax program (if possible in your fax program). Or in some cases this rate can be set automatically between 2 faxes before fax transmission.

I can only send outgoing t38fax...
And fax tone during incoming call is very strange.
Like in Opal? (which is not good)...
I tryed also add libspandsp.dll+ SpanDSPFax_ptplugin.dll
(following my understanding of new changes), but no difference.
