This patch adds a "Additional Tasks" dialog to the MSI setup and move the desktop and startmenu shortscuts tasks to there.
See the screenshot for the layout of the dialog.

Hi Ivan,
unfortunately you have change the codepage from the PO file to UTF-8. Since we support at the moment also Windows 98, we can't use UTF-8 in the PO files. Can you change the codepage back to CP1250?
