I noticed that Codesets.library V6.8 does not allow "ISO-8859-1" as source text (CSA_SourceCodeset) using CodesetsConvertStr(). It simply fails or returns a zero length string. Even converting from 8859 to 8859 fails, which makes no sense at all.
It somehow worked with older codesets.library versions before, as my unchanged code started to fail a while ago.
