Many Mobile phones (e.g. many Nokia models) store new phone numbers in the Additional/Others phone field when synced with outlook.
However these contacts are currently not synced by go contact sync, causing the "Warning: Invalid outlook contact (Secondname, Firstname). Skipping." message.
The others field should therefore be merged with the the corresponding field for google contacts when...
