Anyone who has used Notepad++ for inserting word tags for each word in a sentence and segmenting the sentence into phrases, I would be pleased to have contact with.

Hallo!
I am both new to the product & to programming. Is it possible to get help as to "how-to" by describing the task and looking for someone to answer my questions, to get started?
Or can someone sugest a better way to get going?

Hallo!
Notepad++ is perhaps the nearest editor to something useful without having to program. I am a writer and not a programmer.
I need to be able to do the following.
1. Surround mouse marked words or phrases with brackets
2. Create a simple set of bracket pairs with inset brackets such as:
2.1. [..... ], (..... ), {.....}
2.2. [ ..... ( ), {}]
I am sure that there is a simple way to...

I am not a programmer but a writer.
I am impressed with Notepad++ and am trying to do the following:
1. Segment English sentences & add open & close brackets with
1.1. Phrase text within one bracket set and
1.2. Parts of speech tags within an enclosed bracket set.
I would like to do this by docking a separate column for
2.1. this script and other scripts such as
2.2...

I also have a problem with a recent update in that the German charachters are not interpreted correctly and any other programme using files modified by the new version are also destroying the character presentation.

I am a writer and do not have programming skill.
My help request is based on the need to convert a csv based glossary of 10,000 dual language pairs to a tab glossary.
The tab glossary I need to use OmegaT.
Anyone who knows how to or has done this with a macro or a script under Notepad++, I would like to herar from.
