It would be nice if there would be a setting to round times to for example 15min steps. Further on the start and end times could be rounded, so that you need not to round by yourself when processing the data for billing or something else.

Sometimes the Last.fm menu item is greyed out when playing or having used radio. It's not easy to reproduce. When I find out sth I'll post it. As a fix one must restart iScrobbler to re-enable it.
I am using OS X 10.5.5 with iTunes 8.0.1. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Further on every save action results in an empty .tsk file on Mac OS X 10.5.5.
