we are on similar situation,, but must be a bug,, I have the the last version on my computer and Isee the menu, and other cooworker don't see the menu... If I solve the problem I will post here.. As far I see is complext to solve for the new outlook and microsoft don't get support for calc dev and other software.

7Zip can't add files to Zip or 7z if are created for other users "Access is denied"
