I found the problem, this is not a bug. Turns out that ghostview was "antialiasing" this improperly. Printing the layout directly from the file (with antialiasing turned off) fixed the problem. I thought there was something fishy going on as ps should be vector despite at the end of the day layouts need to be rasterized somewhere...

Postscript export resolution?

For some reason when I try to export postscript (File -> Export Layout -> ps) upon inspection of the resultant postscript file with ghostview shows an extremely low resolution export. When I try printing them, it also is of very low quality. Is there a way to increase the resolution on this? I don't recall this being an issue before, I've used pcb for years and perhaps an older...
