since some latest versions when editing a node, when pressing "ENTER" it jump to the next line inside the node, while in another computer it CLOSES the edition of the node...
I have been looking for the option to switch behaviours and cannot find it
any help?

about the "bug": not possible to get the attributes "drop down" to work when a node has no attributes
It was too early to conclude: this problem still is there, but it happens only in some nodes. I am testing as to have any clue as why this keeps happening!!
basically freeplane behaves as if the node was not there so no matter how hard i click i cannt get the list of fields...

I'd just found a bug (not possible to get the attributes "drop down" to work when a node has no attributes) on version a13 and found out it's fixed now

I'll give you an use case I don't seem to have seen before mentioned.
Besides using it for BUILDING rich folding trees of contents (tree database): including as documents drafts +organized information from external source (knowledge base): I am using freemind/plane as a catalog application.
I am not happy to have to use a single type of software for each type of thing I own and...

maybe you could name it as use: "text formatting" or "font formats in the nodes", to make it clearer?
because "node formatting" is vague and it could rather refer to the node features such s cloud, edges style, fork, bubble,etc
.. Any hope of having the navigation toolbar?

HI guys
I remember when opening the sw the 1st times there was prompt about using advancedf ormat for nodes, I was not interested in that such day...
But now I'd like to turn it on so format options do are shown in the long node editor but CANNOT FIND IT!!
1) How do I turn it on (precise html format in long nodes)?
2) I am also missing the navigation toolbar, specially the UNFOLD ALL...

Hello thank you guy for this freemind improvement ... I hope it gets better and better
The sw response time in freemind was in some circumstances horrible (for example for big imported folders structures) and this is much quicker, so your decision is already justified!

i like your software a lot because it is graphical, you can drag and drop tasks!! it's a bit unique in contrast to most of others attempts: this is the way to go....
Nevertheless as it's regrettably usual for most common software, it's built as a "alleged tool" ...for supporting some little transactions of the real world without belonging to a quality system, solution or optimized...

Hello
I think I've been having this problem since some time. when i clicked on a map (for example from total commander) it would fail to open. but when browsing from inside pocket fm it does open
however now a file won't even open from inside pocket fm
this is the error i get
