When using the Clipping and Effects tool, the user has the ability to type values into the "In Time" and "Out Time" text boxes. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to register. Only the "Mark In" and "Mark Out" buttons can successfully change these time values. It would be very helpful if the user could type in these values instead of having to use the buttons while previewing the video as he/she...

While in the Config Encoder screen, the window does not minimize after hitting the Show Desktop button in Windows.

I'm having the same problem on Vista with an nVidia card. Changing resolution or trying to go full screen exits to desktop.

If this list is truly supposed to be OSS for Windows, there are some entries that don't belong. For example, Wikipedia. It's just a website, not OSS for Windows. MediaWiki (what Wikipedia runs on) should be listed, however.
Visopsys is another one. It's OSS, but has nothing to do with Windows, just like Linux.
I think OSSWin is a great list but could be better with more strict...
