wxTE_LINEWRAP is a very old constant and it is removed from wxWidgets (and wxGlade).
You should install an old wxWidgets version. :-/.

From bug [ 1426757 ] Mac OS X floating windows.
The widgets palette, tree view, and properties windows
should be made "floating" windows on OS X. As they are
"document" windows currently, they take two clicks to
access- one to give them the focus and then one to
access the item you are after. Hopefully this isn't too
difficult to implement. Thank you.

With the CVS version, the attached file produce a perfect XRC without errors.

Fixed.
Even if XRCED doesn't allow to put name on sizer, this don't conflict with XRC specification.
I tested also few XRC examples putting name attribute on sizers.
They load correctly in applications.
