If you run colonnes (see https://sourceforge.net/projects/colonnes/ ) on a Pentium III 800Mhz, or a Pentium IV, the game is very fluent, no problem.
If you run colonnes on a Core Duo processor (for instance, a T2050 2 * 1,6GHz) it is slow, non responsive, not enjoyable at all !
Is there an explanation to this very strange phenomenon ?
(I tried it on 3 PC Core Duo & 2 PC Pentium )

It should be very usefull, because after a few backups on another disk (external USB disk), many copies of folders may be stored on the backup disk, some updated, others not.

In ::jpeg::getThumbnail help :
If you open the file as given in the example :
set fh [open thumbnail.jpg w+]
You get a corrupted thumbnail. In order to get a valid one, open it in binary mode :
set fh [open thumbnail.jpg wb+].
