I've noticed this while writing my autootols guide (with libxslt/xsltproc), the example lists does not seem to abide to the chunk.toc I provide: where it should link to autoconf/macros.html it links to just macros.xmli.
All the sources can be found at http://gitorious.org/autotools-mythbuster/ included the complete commandline used for generation.
