I have recently upgraded from v2.3.0 to 2.5.0 using a new install of openMdX/Tomcat + Open EJB. As part of the upgrade, I executed database upgrade scripts to first upgrade to v2.4.0/2.4.1, then to 2.5.0.
Since the upgrade, I have tried to create a new user account with no success. While attempting to create the subject, the following error was returned:

My client has installed OpenCRX version 2.0 on Tomcat LWS (Tomcat Version 6.0.14) and Postgres 8 database.
