If you have, for example, 2 Firefox windows open, it will only show one highlighted icon on the dock.
Also if you have a launcher for something and you have one instance of it open already, then you cant use the launcher to start a new instance of it.
So enable an icon per instance of the same program.

This seems to have been fixed by updating my version of CUPS to v1.3svn.

Installed the m2300W driver under:
ubuntu feisty server
CUPS 1.2.8
Ghostscript version ESP Ghostscript 815.04
Printer is shared with SAMBA to windows pcs on the network.
When a multipage document is sent, the first page prints fine, but when it starts to feed the paper for the 1st page, the error light starts flashing, but it still lets the 1st page finish. None of the other pages start.
