Thank you for your valuable information.
I build the application with $ACE_HOME/src/java build.xml. It ran successful.
Now as per the instructions given in ACE OPERATOR SYSTEM USER MANUAL VERSION 1.6.X , i carried on post install process which worked sucessfully....
I modified JAVA_HOME and ACE_HOME parameters in start_talk.bat
after double clicking on...
