You can drag the file in from the Explorer and it'll work.
Thanks - but to be clear -- I'd have by atlas set of labels be on the T1s (although they originated on the T2s -- no biggie here) and I'd take a new subject's T1 and run it through antsLongitudinalJLF at this point so it can run through the SST to the new subject's pair of T1s. At that point, if I wanted, it could get to the new subject's pair of T2s. Or, do I have that flipped here? If so, why don't I need a T2 SST to make this work? Craig
(Apologies if this comes through 2x -- SourceForge seems to have eaten prior posts) Nick et al., I'm looking to improve my longitudinal hippocampal subfield segmentations. For a long time, I've used ASHS and its combination of isotropic T1 and high-res, thicker slab T2 multi-atlas labeling does a fine job. But, I bang into issues when it comes to longitudinal work. I can use antsLongitudinalCorticalThicknes to make a nice SST, but that only works for the isotropic T1. I don't see an easy / good way...
I think the .ima is limited to images perhaps? Telling it to load a single spectrum has the filter not list .ima and setting to * and passing in a Siemens IMA leads to an "unsupported file type". I'm attaching a sample phantom file. Craig
