Excellent. As far as I can tell, 0.4.4 does what it says it does.
Now to find some more time to actually use it for than play and test stuff.

Hi Matthew,
When I compare 0.4.2 to 0.4.3 the only files that have changed are:
- main.html in the docs
- xtests.sh
- xtests.core.cpp
- fastformat-0.4.x-doc.chm
This does not conform to the changes listed in the announcement.(The changes.txt is also the same as in the 0.4.2 release)

Compiling with VC++ 8 results in:
warning C4512: 'fastformat::sinks::WindowsMessageBox_sink' : assignment operator could not be generated
Trivial to fix. I add a patch anyway to see if this works.
