This is not a bug in azureus, but a configuration/setup problem.
Please raise this issue in the help/support forum or join the IRC
channel #azureus-support on irc.freenode.net, e.g. via the IRC
plugin in Azureus.

Affects Version 3.0.3.4
Torrent added via drag and drop.
Issue: Torrent file does not get deleted when removing a a task and "deleting both" or "deleting the torrent".

I've tried it myself. Doesn't seem to work either.
Setting auth type to http doesn't allow me to log in either.

It is quite sad that this "feature" has not been implemented. Many of us are running on servers where smart_open_tag is off.
The developers should just bugfix that tiny bit of code or add someone to the development team who can be more active in terms of bugfixes.

MySQL(and other things such as tmp) may not work in this installer because of things like this
extension_dir = "C:/Apache2/modules/php/ext"
There are a few other instances of this in the conf files where the default directory is used: C:/Apache2/ instead of the directory that you chose in the installer.
A suggestion is to use a C++ Program to generate the file.
