This project has sort of been abandoned. - Installation of ICBlast used to be done from source built with Visual C++ v6.0 for windows XP. Since this is no longer around, it would need to be distributed by binary form now. So, I have uploaded the .exe setup program in the files. Find the .zip file for ICBlast_21_setup and unzip it to a folder. run the setup exe and let it install to your system. This 21 release still has many bugs! so, if you find any, good luck.
