Thank you for the suggestions, wellread1. The generated pw began with a lowercase "l" (ell) which I mistakenly hand entered as a "1". In the font that Keepass uses they look remarkably similar. All is working now.
I get a message "The information you entered does not match ours. Please try again." when either dragging or copying the password. URL = https://www.synchronycredit.com/eSecurity/Login/login.action?clientId=lowes&accountType=plcc&langId=en Chrome, WIN7, KeyPass 2.42.1 I notice the accountType is different from what you're using and will try it - No, it also gives same message.
I'm experiencing the same/similar problem as Daryn. I was asked to provide a password to activate a Lowe's credit card, but it wouldn't take the 20 char pw that KeePass generated. My workaround was to have Keepass create an 8 char pw and type it in by hand. Later I couldn't drag or copy/paste the pw into the logon field, but could hand type it. Don't know if this is a KeePass issue or the way it was programmed in javascript. Thanks.
Thank you.
