Hello,
For macromolecules, those with []ht/n bracketses, for example CHEBI:53424, the submission tool should ensure that no InChI is deposited.
Will be along shortly with a list of entries that need their InChIs removed.
Many thanks,
Colin.

That helps a lot, thanks!
Would it be possible to replace the load error with a friendlier message?
best wishes,
Colin.

Hello,
We've obsoleted some SO terms and replaced them by GO terms, and used the replaced_by statement. See
http://song.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/song/ontology/so-xp.obo?revision=1.200
However, the latest version of oboedit objects:
--8

Hello Thomas,
You can do this already by going to Save and selecting an appropriate filter... click on "Filter terms", the big plus sign above, and follow your nose.
best wishes,
Colin.

Hello,
For macromolecules it would be really helpful to have something like STRUCTURE-BASED SYNONYM and SOURCE-BASED SYNONYM, in line with IUPAC guidance.
Does that sound doable?
Best wishes,
Colin.

Hello,
That sounds good. Do let me know when this has been implemented.

Hello,
We're a bit confused here about what to do about "embryonic stem cells" and "adult stem cells" in human beings.
What existing CL terms would they map on to, and do we actually need new ones?
best wishes
Colin.
