Hi there
I have just downloaded and installed version 0.9.4, but fighting seems to be broken. When I visit the Arena or if I meet a creature in the forest, a blank screen pops up. The test was done using Firefox. Also, I *think* that with Internet Explorer there are some issues of accidental logouts. I haven't been able to fully verify this, though.
Phaos is one of my favourite web games...

My initial plans were for each user to have only one session. Unfortunately, it turned out that I need more. Some of my users ARE educated and they log out, but some are not. So they remain locked outside, so they are stubborn and create a new account, etc etc. A total mess.
At one point I decided to increase the initial number to 3. So I have my older users with 1 max sessions, and my newest...

Hey Bozz and others, this is not to report any bugs or problems, so just sit back and relax....
I just wanted you to know that I made a really small donation yesterday. It was the least I could do to support one of my favorite pieces of software. I have been using the Owl for around 6 months now. My website has been running public for around a month, everything is going great. I am having a...

Thanks for helping out bozz. I raised the limit to 128M and now it works. Still for really huge files I have problems, but those are less that 1%, so this kinda settles it.

Hi bozz, thanks again for the quick reply
Yes, there seems to be an error in my /var/log/apache2/error.log

I had a fully working Owl website, until some day this strange thing happens. Every time I try to download a file, the browser seems to wait for a looong time, and after that it downloads the filename but file size is zero.
Playing around with php5.ini I found out that by increasing execution times and memory limit, I am able to grab smaller files. But the problem is still there for big files...

Seriously, B0zz, there are times when I actually WISH MANY other software creations, both commercial and freeware, could enjoy the support that Owl has. Keep up the good work, dude, it is really appreciated by us, the admins and users of this magnificent gem. Thumbs up.

Hi there
I have create huge folders (and I mean huge, each is around 5 gigs) and I don't want my users to be able to click on the "Download Entire Folder" link. If they do, they crash the server. Restricted View is not an option, since due to the large number of files inside the directories, I can't enable it without crashing everything. I don't mind if they want to "Bulk...

At the moment quota is only being used for tracking and
restricting the users uploads. It would be very useful
if it could be used to track the users downloads,
especially for Owl websites that are "download-only"
aligned.
The interesting thing is that the admin could restrict
the daily, weekly or monthly limit of downloads for
users. Like, 100 Megs a day and total 5 Gigs per month...

Hi there. This is my first week of using Owl and I am very pleased with it. I must say that I admire, not only the quality of the work that has been done, but also the support given here at the forum. Congratulations.
On to my question. What I am really trying to do is create a "download-only" kinda site. I noticed about the quota setting and from what I have read so far, it only...
