All copies and checksums of transformed documents are currently thrown in the ${entity.instance.dir}/var with a timestamp extension ... this causes conflict when two documents have the same name (but different installed directories).

Switched the document checksum files to be placed under the entity's deployment directory in the depot.

The Deployment Doc-Generate command creates an MD5 checksum file next to the transformed template it creates ... this can cause conflict in the system at large (e.g in the Linux system's /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts directory).

The idea is to use the type property default-value (e.g. "/usr/local/tomcat" associated with entity.deployment-basedir) as the default value of the attribute(a) associated with that property (i.e. "entity.attribute.catalinaBase" in this case):
deployment-basedir catalinaBase String default-values: /usr/local/tomcat.
