This patch enables ufraw to read data from Exif.Canon.FocalLength added in Exiv2 0.18.1, specifically rev 1748 [1].

Uncheking Antialiased Bitmaps and Progressive Backgrounds helped with that, there is however a similar issue: opening a PDF in a session where a PDF has previously been opened results in a gray document with a busy cursor, then clicking on the document results in a segfault.

This patch adds a Next Notable Page navigation command (with menu and toolbar controls). This command goes to the next page that has any item in any of its layers. As such it is most useful to navigate annotated PDFs (as pages without annotations don't contain any items).

Since the tempfile is always the same in multiuser environments it can lead to other users not being able to run gourmet at all due to permission problems. My current workaround is to add the username to gourmet_tempfile, but I'm not sure how a proper solution would look like. Partially random filename with checks to make sure it's unique?.
