Sorry Rich, but you did not fix correctly the typo in openexpert.sql : there was actually 7 fields to fill, the typo was in the fields declaration (only 6 fields, I forgot to add 'dev-status') and not in the data.
I uploaded the correct file, but it is not necessary to release a new revision, your code won't be disturbing for later upgrade (the only thing to notice is that for 0.4.1 the field...

Actually, there seems to be a big mess in the 0.4 release sql tables.
Maybe did I erase your changes Rich when adding last minute code for the upgrade procedure ("Version" table), but svn did not warn me.
Browsing the svn tree on sourceforge sounds like you just forgot to commit changes to the sql folder : there are a lot of naughty files in the 0.4 release that don't appear in...
