MFSLib is a C++ class library for accessing Mac compatible
resource forks for reading, writing and creation. MFS stands
for "Mac File System"
The resource manipulation methods mimic those of the Mac
Toolbox, but a resource reference (resRef) is used instead
of a ResHandle. Unlike the Mac's functions, the resRef can
not be dereferenced directly to get to...

Hello,
I'm not sure why my project "mfslib" was rejected. The
project description and license (lgpl) were filled out.
Sincerely,
Dwight Kelly.

I am having a problem with album creation during ripping using the latest source in CVS. All of the songs on the CD rip correctly. CDDB lookup works fine. The album is created and the coverart is downloaded. However, only the first song is added to the album. The remaining songs are added individually with the correct album name. I would also like to add metadata sourced from MusicBrainz or harvested from CDNow. The neat feature I want is the ability to automatically select similar artists as the ones in your playlist or in a group. If I'm in an R.E.M. mood then the jukebox would select Guided by Voices, Pavement, Richard Thompson,
Love Tractor, etc.
Anyone else got suggestions before I design the DB schema?...

To prevent duplication and possible errors in artist names, wouldn't it be better to have a separate artist table and have a foreign key in the songs table point to the artist record?

I was using mpg123-0.59r distributed with Mandrake 8.1. Seems that the noise wasn't always a beep.I downloaded mpg123-0.59r, compiled and installed it. For some reason it now works. Thanks.

THe problem appears to be related to tracks with a '/' character in them. I had another CD today which freeedb's track title was 'Seven Thirty Seven/Shoe Glue' and the artist was parsed as 'Seven Thirty Seve' and the track as 'hoe Glue'.
