This is a nicely-written, simple, useful app—thanks!
If I could make one suggestion, it'd be this:
Currently, you disable the shell items by selecting their checkboxes. It would probably be more intuitive (as well as conform to standard coding practice) if all items were selected by default; then you could disable some by _clearing_ their checkboxes.

Oh, sorry, this is funny... It wasn't a version number. See, I played it one time, and set a "high score" (the only score). So the next time I ran it, this appeared on the startup screen:
1. 09705 a
...because "a" was the name I'd entered, and I didn't notice the space after "1." (which is smaller than it appears here).

When you lose a level and all the balls drain into the hole, it feels a bit anticlimactic because it's silent. I think it'd be more fun if the marbles made some kind of sound. (Hey—how about the sound of a whole bunch of marbles dropping into a hole? Not too loud, though.)

Launchy's descriptions around the Web make a big deal about how useful the plugins are. But how do you find them? Launchy's website merely points you to this message forum. If you search for the name of the plugin you want, you're confronted with a bunch of messages _discussing_ the plugins, not info & download links for the plugins themselves.
There must be a better way to organize this...
