You may have a security reason to do it this way, but just so you know, if you put the whole thing on a network share (executables and all) it runs just fine, even without mapping the drive. I've actually got a machine in our office set up with read-only access to the network share and it happily runs all day long. That said, maybe try putting in the UNC path instead of the mapped drive path? Probably won't make a difference, but since they've gone closed source that's all I can suggest.
Minor improvement to SDI_auto.bat for people who end up with multiple versions in the folder
