This is a problem for us too. This affects both copy&pasted link href's and copy&pasted image src's.
The abstracted problem is simply: When you copy & paste an image or a link from the same domain to tinymce, the urls are converted to relative. This can cause the urls to break. Configuration parameters convert_urls and relative_urls have no effect (as can be reproduced in the example page...

Status update:
JSTrim.exe seems to work with an upgraded mono 1.2.2.1 (installed using a Debian sid package).
JSTrim_mono.exe on the other hand does not work even with this version of mono, but it awwma to be obsolete anyway.
I think that if you just remove JSTrim_mono.exe from the repository and document that a recent version of mono is required, you can close this bug.

Please upgrade to latest version of TinyMCE.
If the problem still persists, please reopen the bug report you
made on this issue, or file a new one.
Always have TinyMCE version, Browser version and detailed
description of the bug, this will greatly help us track down what
