Again, check this out to make sure I am not doing something stupid due to lack of knowledge of webware. When I tested with a database password I had some problems, so I added a bit more code to pass the password to the 'create' and 'populate with defaults' commands.

Hopefully I am not doing something stupid here. I was not able to create the database or populate with defaults if there was no password supplied. I added extra if statements around these commands to conditionally put that '-p' flag in the mysql command.

Added employee tab to the administrative section. Right now it only allows you to edit the employee name or change their status. Status is built dynamically from the employee.status enums.
