I want to pre-filter a database with millions of fingerprints and use sourceafis to compare a smaller dataset. I'm thinking about indexing the fingerprint type and points and use a query to pre-filter the possible match candidates. I have found this project so far, for postgresql https://github.com/hjort/pgafis Does not have to be a sql database. Anyone can point out some other directions? Anyone done it already? Thanks.
