It may well be that a folder became duplicated (the filtering became case sensitive) leading to duplicate messages with the same ID. After removing the duplicated folder, the error is gone. The message “lost track of XXX message(s)” does not point to that direction though.
Same error with version 1.3.0-2 (in Debian). The errors displayed on screen during a normal run are Warning: lost track of 5 pulled message(s) Warning: lost track of 1 pushed message(s) Socket error from outlook.office365.com ([2603:1026:101::2]:993): Connection reset by peer The log with -Dn is attached.
What debian version are you using? Debian testing (up to date).

Hi, libnm-util/libnm-glib are now superseded by libnm, libnm-gtk is also seperseded by libnma. It would be nice if the code was updated to use these new depdencies. Best, C.
