under BOARD - MOUSE BEHAVIOUR - Guess Move and Next Guess are both unchecked HIGHLIGHT CURRENT MOVE - is Frame SHOW MOVE INDICATOR is AUTOMATIC (i assume this is My Move that is being highlighted, not the next/guess move) don't see anything relevant under GAME or APPEARANCE, this is with ver 1.5. thank you, Jens

when i'm manually analysing a position, frequently i will see a blue-grey arrow appear for the side who just moved. i have no idea what the arrow seems to be saying, nor how to turn it off. sometimes, it seems to be a valid "next" move, but not always. the engines are off, there doesn't appear to be anything about this arrow in the manual, and (as far as i can tell) it doesn't appear to have a preference toggle switch in software. can someone tell me what it is, and how to turn it off? thanks.

has any work been done on handling large databases cleanly? mine are not nearly as large, but they are hardly tiny (caissa and db2003) -- i'd like to merge both into one, and conceivably add others at some future point. thanks!

fwiw, i like this idea, too. at the moment, i'm using chessx for a single 960 game. every time i save the game, usually to save variations and comments, the game list is the default view. for a single game, i have zero need to ever display a game list, much less on each save. thank you for an amazing product. i'll be posting a product request in a few minutes. your work is appreciated :).
