Thanks for taking a look. There were hundreds of them, each with timestamp about 1-2 minutes apart. That suggests to me it was each file in the batch being processed. I did notice an occaisional crash (1 of ~30 files) but these were for what looks like every file processed. I may have stopped the operation mid-processing a couple times, but I would expect the program to remove the temp files with each file, not all at once at the end. Please note all the temp files I found were for zipped formats...
