Doesn't seem to do anything. But I just checked what Geany does and it seems to handle folds by itself by reacting to SCN_MARGINCLICK. So I guess in this case the events aren't delivered, right? Not a big deal, I'll just have to handle SCN_MARGINCLICK in the plugin instead.
