    Well, I'm assuming the required attendee is the primary POP account, because that's where the google account is sending the E-mail invite to which is causing the calendar creations, but all the outlook dialogs when you double-click both calendar items are exactly the same. When you click "invite attendees" button in both of the tests above you see your E-mail in both of them I'd expect one to be blank. I can't get to a dialog anywhere where I can right-click the required attendee, to do an "outlook...

    Same issues, same setup here (except it's 32-bit office, and 2.24 CalDav Sync). Under Account Settings you have: During initial troubleshooting I found that depending on HOW you created the event made a difference. If clicking a time slot in the calendar, and typing it wouldn't duplicate. Clicking the "New Appointment" button would duplicate.     In that link, different version of outlook, and AV is native Win10 Defender only with no customized settings so that shouldn't be the case. There's definitely lots of other plugins (the person is a power user with LOTS of software on their machine - Lync, Skype, Adobe, and several other MS ones) so I can't specifically rule them out. It's hard to describe why I think it might be CalDav, but here it goes (FYI I'm an experienced IT Consultant with 23+ years of expernience starting with Outlook 2000...
