Did you try downloading any of the files mentioned in the ticket? it is also surprising to me that they seem to be not available on any mirrors.

I may not be the only person with issues: https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/site-support/25564/ looks similar to me.

yes it is still not working for me. I tried on a windows and a linux machine. Both fail. Does this question means it works for you ?
