I have tested that KeePass portable works fine from read-only media (finalised CD or DVD, write-protected USB drive) which also includes a customized KeePass.config.xml file. This can be a workaround for this issue as a malicious party cannot change the config file on read-only media. BTW, I personally switched to KeePassXC on my corporate Windows machine (already using KeePassXC on Linux machine at home).

I tested this with guvcview 2.0.5 on Ubuntu 18.04. Options --video_timer=4 and --exit_on_term work fine, which means that guvcview records for 4 seconds and then exits. As for hiding the GUI, I noticed that GUI has two parts: the control panel window and the render window which displays video stream. Option --gui=none hides the control panel while option --render=none hides the render window. Igor, I was not able to reproduce the problem with small tar files but only with large ones (2+ GB). Here is a tar archive created with -S option (and zipped to save the storage of Google Drive): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y0wZkXoiraIa_xhY5jBtJQBr2fvSkH6V/ 7-Zip does not extract all the files and folders from that tar.
