I know what a good bug report looks like (!), and I'm not at all familiar with the library in question, and certainly not enough to craft an API bug report that any Apple developer would take seriously. (And submitting Apple bug reports has always been rather frustrating -- you make the effort to write a good report and... no response!) Re 1: fair enough; this was a minor thing. Thanks for the observation about the status bar. Re 2: that's a pity, but I appreciate the problem. Speaking for for myself, I find the incorrect auto-filling so consistently frustrating that disabling it completely (which I presume would be possible even in its buggy state) would be an improvement over the current behaviour.
