Whatever works best for you... But be careful with the resizing if your source is really interlaced. Most NLEs I know do not handle such tasks correctly.

DVDStyler is not very accommodating for NTSC stuff (the author is from PAL land), but it can certainly handle your source with a little manual work. First of all you need to determine if your source is really interlaced, or if it is just flagged as interlaced. Only way to find out is to open the source in a player which does not deinterlace automatically (I like VirtualDub) and step through frames with horizontal motion.
