Probably a really dumb question, but I'm using a free Moodle host and trying to create an exam portal page as recommended in the how to SEB 2.0 pdf. I did this before with my own Moodle host because I had access to the server and could upload my custom .html webpage and upload the .seb exam file and link to it with the custom seb:// path. But now I do not have access to the Moodle server to upload the .seb file, so I'm trying to figure out if I can still create a splash page. Tried using Google Sites...
Hey, saw your post from 2017 and 2018 here (https://sourceforge.net/p/seb/feature-requests/50/), was just curious if using Chromium in SEB 3.0 makes it any more possible for possible development of an SEB that could be used on Chromebooks? Totally understand that you are primarily serving your institutions and saw that very few if any in Europe use Chromebooks. Wish I could offer institutional support for the Consortium but am just a teacher in one particular US school. At our school we have students...
Yeah, you are correct Damian, couldn't get it to work in 2.1.5 either ... maybe we were using an even earlier version on student devices last year (maybe 2.1.3)? I hope I am remembering it correctly ... though I realize now that sometimes we were using chromebooks with a kiosk app for testing as well (maybe it was just those devices then). In any case, yeah, if it is possible to include some kind of keyboard shortcut to zoom in and out for future SEB versions, that would be appreciated. Thanks for...
Hey, using 2.1.6 and it seems like we can no longer have students zoom in and out using ctrl and + or ctrl - The middle mousewheel thing does work, but our students do not have mice with their devices, and the ctrl two-finger trackpad manuever is awkward for many students. Seemed like earlier versions let us use ctrl + ... didn't see any obvious way to enable this in the SEB config tool ... is there any way to bring this back for easier page zooming in / out? Thanks!
Hey, have been using SEB with Moodle for a number of years now and love it, but I am with a school system in the United States that has suddenly asked us to obtain permission for using any and all software. It is a large lawyerly contract that needs contact information and someone to sign off. I know that you have a privacy statement and all that kind of thing, but was wondering if someone is willing to contact me at bleierk@fultonschools.org and be willing to review this agreement for us to be able...
Okay - an update. We have figured out that the key works fine with Moodle when you...
Hello again - having one more issue as I try to get SEB set up on windows computers...
Apologies, but I actually saw that 2.1 was available through the new Git site prior...
