I believe there is a setting for this... Select Tools -> Preferences... from the menu. Then click the Defaults button in the left hand pane. In the Default Fonts section, there's a setting called "Max Node Width". I believe this defines the node size that causes the text to wrap. I have mine set to 300, which I like. It's been a while, but I seem to remember that the nodes were very wide by default, and I liked this setting better. It looks like you have to restart Freemind for it to take effect,...

I'm sorry it doesn't work for you. It seems to work for me... 1) I'm running FreeMind 1.0.1 on Windows 10-64 bit 2) Close FreeMind before you do this 3) I created a folder named "icons" in C:\users\<myname>\.freemind\ 4) I put a 16x16 pixel PNG file in that new folder 5) When I re-open FreeMind, the icon shows up at the end of the list of icons. Well, I managed to hack together a solution that allows Freemind 1.0.1 to show and edit Latex formulas using the jLatexMath plugin. I had to learn how to compile Freemind from the source, and then I went through the error messages that jLatexMath was returning, and compared the 0.9.0 FM code with 1.0.1, and figure out which lines of code to copy over. Since it's a hack, and I'm not really a programmer, and it's largely untested, I'm not going to publicly publish it. However, feel free to contact...

You should just be able to use the folder path in the link. On the node you want to have the link attached to, press CTRL-K to open the Edit Hyperlink Manually input box, then type or paste the folder path, such as C:\TEMP. If the folder is a network path, you can also use the UNC formatted path, such as \\SERVER-NAME\SHARED_FOLDER.
