start at login does not work

I keep my safe on dropbox that is shared by all devices. I don't keep psafe open all the time or have it start with windows, or allow multiple instances on one machine. To eliminate write conflicts I have psafe set to open readonly by default which makes sure one device doesn't conflict with another. I change the DB to write when I am making a change.
