I think we found the issue: we forgot to insert z-push server in DoSFilter whitelist.

Problems with z-push and zimbra proxy

he only receive new messages after the account creation on the phone, he does not...

I increased the zimbra_session_limit_soap to 50, much more than used, and reloaded...
