Hello guys, The information reported at the end of the setup are just some telemetry about the installation of iTop. They do not contain any personal information. The block of information sent to iTop Hub contain the following "pieces": Name of the application: iTop Version of the application, e.g. 2.7.0 Version of PHP running on the server, e.g. 7.4 Was the "sample data" option selected Which default language was selected Installation mode (fresh install or upgrade) List of modules selected for...

I've added some debug traces to see if the problem can be related to the issue mentioned in the vCenter 7 changelog (https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/rn/vsphere-vcenter-server-700a-release-notes.html#2436373), but the HTTP headers sent by the Soap client look correct: REQUEST HEADERS: POST /sdk HTTP/1.1 Host: 192.168.10.12:9443 Connection: Keep-Alive User-Agent: PHP-SOAP/7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.6 Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8 SOAPAction: "urn:vim25/5.0" Content-Length: 545 Cookie:...

Hi Jeffrey, The idea is nice and would make iTop more user friendly. I like it. Are you aware of the "wiki syntax" used in iTop ? You can type [[class_name:friendly name]] in a text or HTML and this gets displayed as a link to the object. For example: [[Person:Clause Monet]] displays a link to the Person named "Claude Monet". It's not as rich as what you describe (no nice auto complete, no automatic creation of a link to the object...) but this can be useful in some situations. Best regards,

Hi Michel, The code of the extension "Customer Survey" (with the documentation) is available for free. It's up to you to download the right version of the software and to install it on your iTop, configure and run it. iTop Professional on the other hand comes as an iTop already bundled with a set of extensions, and with one year of support (assistance and bug fixes) from Combodo, plus the acces to the online data model customization tool called the ITSM Designer, this is why it is not free.

Hello Frédéric, Can you check the configuration of the Synchro Data Source "Brand OCSng" ? Look at the "Data table" property (cf attached screenshot). Does it mention the table "synchro_data_BrandOCSng " ? If this table does not exist, you should probably delete the synchro data source, since it is not usable anyway.

I think it's more a matter of PHP configuration: http://php.net/manual/fr/opcache.configuration.php#ini.opcache.restrict-api

For exporting/importing the data sources definition, have a look at the discussion here: https://sourceforge.net/p/itop/discussion/1113906/thread/42a6b270/ The "collector-base" SDK contains a few useful features for this, though it's not a point and click solution... (yet).
