As a workaround, it is possible to clear the Parameter cache betwenn two subsequent queries (menu "Konfiguration / Zwischenspeicher", or "Configuration / Cache", i suppose).
Since upgrading to 7.13, a parameterized report can be run only once. Any change in the paramters returns the same result, i. e., it is not possible to change the parameter. catalina.out prints the following error: [2023-11-20 14:28:07] [info] [ERROR] 20-Nov.-2023 14:28:07.096 |https-openssl-apr-8443-exec-11| art.runreport.ReportRunner - Error [2023-11-20 14:28:07] [info] java.lang.NullPointerException: null [2023-11-20 14:28:07] [info] #011at art.runreport.ReportRunner.applyParameterPlaceholders(ReportRunner.java:736)...

I run version 5.15
