I'm now running the latest version of Monterey (12.7.1) with Meteo 3.5.2 still crashing. Deleted prefs again and Meteo crashes immediately upon launch, having installing a default prefs file. Replaced the prefs file with one from my Ventura boot drive running Meteo 4.0.2 and problem solved. Issue must have something to do with the default prefs file produced by 3.5.2.
In my case, the preference box briefly appeared but crashed before I had a chance to deal with it. So did not click on anything.
Sorry if I wasn't clear, but I believe you are referring to @r8ix postings. After my re-install it still crashed. I rebooted just now and saw in the menubar that Meteorologist was "Loading" but then it crashed: Thread 0 Crashed:: Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread 0 com.heat.Meteorologist 0x000000010705cd24 specialized VisualCrossingAPI.beginParsing(:APIKey1:APIKey2:weatherFields:) + 6036 1 com.heat.Meteorologist 0x00000001070a1e4b specialized AppDelegate.processWeatherSource(:inputCity:displayCity:APIKey1:APIKey2:weatherFields:)...
As you stated earlier, it won't run on my 11.7.7 system.
Tried deleting prefs (as well as chaches, etc.) and reinstalled app, but no joy. Past bedtime, so will try reboot tomoroow.
Just updated to v3.4.5 tonight and Dark Sky is returning errors for all locations. Was working before update. Sample attached.
I had to re-enter my Lat/Long for DarkSky.net API when updating to v3.1.0 as 37.3618,-122.0657 but it shows up as an Invalid Key now.
It's working again for me just after 5pm PDT.
