Note that cloc moved to github more than three years ago: https://github.com/AlDanial/cloc I just added support for Thrift there.

For future reference: cloc is now being developed, tracked, etc, on github: https://github.com/AlDanial/cloc Installation on cygwin64 should be simple, as it comes with Perl. Simply download the source for a recent version, eg https://github.com/AlDanial/cloc/releases/download/1.80/cloc-1.80.pl, then set the execute bit on this file: chmod a+x cloc-1.80.pl

Please post your issue on cloc's github site, https://github.com/AlDanial/cloc/issues, since I'm no longer tracking it on sourceforge. Additionally, give the cloc version you're using. See you there.
